This page explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and how to contact us about it.
Scope
Information connected to the work.
Scarlett Works provides shared AI-assisted business services, including Scarlett Sites and Scarlett Socials. This policy applies to our public sites, authenticated portals and managed services.
Service and connection information
Essential session records; device, security and operational logs; model and cost records; connected-provider account and location references; encrypted authorization credentials; approved delivery receipts and error records.
Use
Why we use information.
We use information to research and build requested work, operate and secure the service, obtain human review and approval, publish only authorized material, support clients, bill where configured, keep required audit records and improve governed procedures.
Our public marketing pages do not use advertising cookies. Authenticated portals use essential session cookies. AI-assisted work may be processed by contracted model providers through our controlled gateway; client-facing material remains subject to human approval.
Sharing
Providers, not data sales.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose the minimum needed to contracted hosting, security, email, model and connected-platform providers, and to a payment provider only if that service is configured, or when required to protect rights, comply with law or complete a client-authorized service.
Google user data
Limited to the connected service.
When a client connects Google Business Profile, we request only the business.manage permission. We use it to list authorized accounts and locations, verify connection health and publish client-approved Business Profile content. We store authorization credentials encrypted and do not display them in the browser.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not send Google Business Profile authorization credentials or profile data to AI providers, use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized AI models. A client may ask us to disconnect its profile and delete the stored authorization.
Retention and control
Kept only for a reason.
We retain information while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, audit, dispute and legal obligations. Retention varies with the record. You may ask to access, correct or delete information; some records may be retained where required for security, contracts or law.
We use access controls, encryption for stored provider credentials, tenant separation, audit records and release checks. No online service can promise absolute security.
